Pivoting from a statement made to reporters on Thursday, President Trump says that Biden can only enter the White House if he can prove the 80 million votes he received during the election “were not fraudulently or illegally obtained.”

“Biden can only enter the White House as President if he can prove that his ridiculous “80,000,000 votes” were not fraudulently or illegally obtained,” Trump tweeted Friday morning. “When you see what happened in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia & Milwaukee, massive voter fraud, he’s got a big unsolvable problem!”

The statement is a pivot away from his position that he would “certainly” leave the White House and surrender the oval office if Biden were to win the Electoral College vote. He made the statement during a rather combative joust with the press on Thursday which marked the first time he appeared in front of mainstream media journalists since the election.

“It’s going to be a hard thing to conceded because we know there was massive fraud,” Trump said.

He would go on to add that it would be a “mistake” for the Electoral College to hand the winning vote to Biden due to the “election being a fraud.”
