MLB Legend Hank Aaron Dies Weeks After Receiving COVID Jab
Aaron’s death follows reports out of Norway linking over a dozen deaths of people over 80 to side effects from the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.
Major League Baseball legend, Hank Aaron, died “peacefully in his sleep” on Friday according to the Associated Press. The news of the 86 year old’s passing comes just weeks after it was publicized he took a vaccine for COVID-19.
While the AP reports that a cause of death is still unknown, its happening being so close to the Hall of Fame slugger’s vaccination with the Pfizer/BioNTech jab at the beginning of January raises questions if the experimental shot, that has been linked to adverse side effects and even death when given to elderly people, had anything to do his death.
Getting vaccinated “makes me feel wonderful,” Aaron told The AP before receiving the Covid shot. “I don’t have any qualms about it at all, you know. I feel quite proud of myself for doing something like this. … It’s just a small thing that can help zillions of people in this country.”
“Hammerin’ Hank” is best known for his ability to hit the long ball, tallying a total of 755 home-runs in his 23-year career.
Barry Bonds is the only player to have hit more home-runs in a single career than Aaron.
