The support of the House members comes shortly after six additional states formally joined Texas in the suit.

Paxton filed the case on Tuesday to only have it docketed by the SCOTUS just 12 hours later. It alleges Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia used the COVID-19 pandemic to justify unconstitutional practices during the 2020 election.

There are currently a total of 18 attorneys general from other states that have joined the effort.
